Lynda Laff
Lynda Laff RN, BSN, COS-C has over 30 years of experience in Home Health Care and Hospice management. She has held various senior level
management positions in both hospital-based and free standing home health and hospice organizations. She has extensive
hands on experience with tele-monitoring management, telehealth implementation and change management. Lynda served for
10 years as a JCAHO deemed status home care and hospice nurse surveyor. She has presented numerous workshops at state
and national forums on home care clinical models, management and operations, outcome improvement strategies, compliance
and telehealth implementation and management. She was selected by the National Association for Home Care to develop and
present workshops on PPS implementation in 2000 and again in 2007 to represent NAHC in presentations on operational
strategies to home health administrators in preparation for the 2008 CMS Home Health PPS. Lynda consults with home
health agencies, hospices and home health vendors as a Principal Consultant with Laff Associates.
