Lynda Laff
Mr. Laff has 31 years of experience in home care as a consultant and as a provider. He is nationally recognized
as an expert in the field of home care finance and operations. He has served on various committees and task forces
for NAHC and other State Associations as well as the National PPS Workgroup. His clients include hospital systems
with multiple product lines and branches as well as independent freestanding home care operations. Because of his
experience as a provider, he is able to review the internal financial and operational procedures within organizations
and assist with streamlining processes to increase efficiency, decrease unnecessary expense while improving cash flow
and receivables.
Mr. Laff is a former owner, administrator/C.F.O. of a certified home health agency.
Mr. Laff is a Charter Member of the NAHC Financial Manager's Forum Workgroup.
